Dhunuchi Naach
Dhunuchi Naach is one of the most beloved cultural traditions associated
with Durga Puja, particularly during the evening celebrations.
Devotees dance rhythmically while carrying dhunuchi filled with fragrant
incense. The dance is performed as an offering of devotion and reverence
to Maa Durga.
More Than a Cultural Performance
While Dhunuchi Naach is joyful and energetic, its roots are deeply connected
with devotional worship. The fragrance of incense, rhythmic movements and
traditional music create a distinctive spiritual atmosphere.
